The modern villa in Marathia (new construction project) of the Keri region was designed by the exceptional and stylish architect Lucy Lago. The new property has an area of 200 m² plus a basement. The unique location allows the beauty of the Ionian Sea to be enjoyed from almost every room. In the exterior design, special attention was paid to the water areas and green spaces. This resulted in a unique garden with notes of exotic tropics.

The staircase, the huge pool with emerald green water and the Jacuzzi are part of a successful overall composition. The dynamics of the lines emphasise the play between light and shadow. The outdoor bath with the water surface is a unique overall architectural concept. Imagine how it feels to end the day there during sunset with a glass of wine and fresh fruit.

Inside, the gorgeous villa consists of a bright and open living, dining and kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a gym and a cellar. From the living room, the large glass front opens out onto the inviting pool terrace. The interior design of the villa is made of high-quality materials such as wood, stone and marble, which form a common unit. Subtle colours such as natural brown and beige tones were skilfully used to create a calm and harmonious living atmosphere. The result is a perfect collaboration between light and the beauty of minimalism in its lines and forms.
